APPD 2025 Annual Spring Meeting, including the MPPDA Annual Meeting

Important for APPD Members - please read!
- After you select the "Click here to register online" the member login window will open and you must log in to your existing account in order to see the options for the Early/Regular discounted rates for members.
- Residents/Chief Residents - if you are a member, please enter your member credentials at the Log In screen. Although the registration fee is the same whether you are a Member or Non-Member, failure to log in to your existing record causes the system to create a new Non-Member record for you and this will create problems with your member credentials being recognized when you try to use them!
Important for all registrants - please read!
- NO REGISTRANT IS TO BE REGISTERED THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE'S RECORD!
- If you are registering someone other than yourself, DO NOT register them through your record. If they are members, you will need to submit their member credentials through the registration process to proceed with registering them. For members - the registration will not show up under their own record if you do not register them through their own record!
- If you submit a registration through your record that is not for you, you will be sent an email to let you know that the registration must be redone through that individual's record!
- If they are not members, close the Log In box and complete their registration. The system will create that person their own record!

Session Selection
New this year! Attendees will make all session selections through our event mobile app, which will launch in January! Stay tuned.
Policies
Code of Conduct: APPD is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all meeting participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, volunteers, sponsors, APPD staff members, and service providers. APPD has zero-tolerance for any form of bullying, discrimination, or harassment, and reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior. APPD reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting, virtually or in person. Disruption of presentations at any event organized by APPD is strictly prohibited. Participants should not copy or take screen shots of Q&A. Presentations, postings, and messages should not contain promotional materials, special offers, job offers, product announcements, or solicitation for services. APPD reserves the right to remove any presentation, posting, or message that it deems to be inappropriate for a scientific meeting. Read the full code of conduct here.
Photography: By registering for the APPD 2025 Annual Spring Meeting, attendees consent to be photographed during the meeting, with the understanding that these images may be used in APPD documents, social media, and publications only. If anyone prefers to not have their photo used by APPD, please contact info@appd.org.
Cancellation: APPD reserves the right to cancel any sessions due to lack of enrollment or other factors. In the event of a cancellation, registered participants will be notified by e-mail and will have the option to choose an available alternative. All registration cancellations by participants must be received in writing to APPD. A $50 administration fee will be assessed for all cancellation requests received by February 28, 2025. Cancellations received after February 28, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund. All reimbursements will be processed following the meeting.
